Art Advocate

Objective:

To sign up schools for the DreamSakes fundraiser, and motivate parents to sign up at participating schools.

Requirements:

• Marketing and sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be organized and self motivated.
• Computer skills, and must have a computer with Internet access.
• Ability to stay involved with the program throughout the entire 2010/2011 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with school officials and/or PTA and explain the program.
• Enroll the school in the program.
• Work with the school to market the art events.
• Support the school and/or PTA throughout the school year with marketing and administration assistance.

Earnings Potential:

• Art Advocates earn 20% of purchase total for each event.

Our Support:

• We provide all marketing materials for the school to use (backpack stuffers, posters, etc.)
• Each Art Advocate will receive a DreamSakes email address and a starter set of business cards.
• Sales materials for Art Advocates are available at cost (folders, postcards, notecards, car magnets, etc.)
• Additionally, Art Advocates will have full use of our Reps area for marketing downloads and tips, and our online forum to discuss marketing ideas and more.
